Previously, Jill served as Vice President of Client Services at Healthcare Reimbursement Solutions, where she led her team with a focus on understanding each client’s unique needs and delivering outstanding results. Her leadership has consistently enhanced client satisfaction and strengthened partnerships.

Jill was a foundational partner at Healthcare Payment Specialists, where she played an instrumental role in launching the Medicare Reimbursable Bad Debt services division, which grew to represent a third of the company’s total revenue. Her ability to combine deep industry knowledge with a passion for client service has been key to her success.

Jill is actively involved in the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and has contributed to the Florida and Colorado chapters, participating in industry discussions and sharing insights on healthcare finance.
